Mr. Ra’ad SirajVP & CIO, Endeca Technologies Mr. Siraj has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. As the VP & CIO of Endeca Technologies, he is responsible for supporting information technology for this rapidly growing technology services firm. Mr. Siraj is responsible for overseeing infrastructure for global offices, enterprise applications, service desk and project/program management. As a member of the leadership team, he advises the firm on strategy and direction and implements scalable solutions to enable continued rapid growth. Prior to Endeca, in the financial industry, Mr. Siraj has made significant contributions to the growth and success of Eaton Vance as their VP/CIO over a seven year period focusing on enabling their business strategies through information technology. He joined the Boston-based asset manager from Investors Bank & Trust (now part of State Street), where he served as senior director and chief information strategist and helped them spin-off and become public. Prior to that, Mr. Siraj was a senior management consultant in planning and advanced technology units at Arthur D. Little. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees both in computer science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and Harvard University.
Mr. Siraj is on the board of trustees for the non-profit Mass Technology Leadership Council.
