Mr. Ra’ad Siraj
Managing Director, Investment Systems & Data, The Boston Company Asset Management (a BNY Mellon Asset Management Company)

Mr. Siraj has over 23 years of experience in the information technology industry.  At The Boston Company Asset Management, Mr. Siraj is responsible for all technology, investment systems and data-management groups within the firm. He chairs the IT Steering Committee and is a member of both Data Management Oversight as well as the Business Planning & Oversight Committees. He is also a member of the BNY Mellon Asset Management CTO forum.

Prior to The Boston Company, Mr. Siraj was part of two high-growth, pre-IPO firms: Sermo (as VP of Operations) and Endeca (as VP and CIO).  Prior to that, Mr. Siraj spent twelve years in the financial industry at Eaton Vance and Investors Bank & Trust: Mr. Siraj has made significant contributions to the growth and success of Eaton Vance as their VP/CIO over a seven year period focusing on enabling their business strategies through information technology.  He joined the Boston-based asset manager from Investors Bank & Trust (now part of State Street), where he served as senior director and chief information strategist and helped them spin-off and become public.  Prior to that, Mr. Siraj was a senior management consultant in planning and advanced technology units at Arthur D. Little.

Mr. Siraj is on the Board of Trustees for the Mass Tech Leadership Council, is on the Technology Advisory Board for Ascent Venture Partners, and is a member of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Technology Committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees both in computer science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and Harvard University.
