Susan Rousseau
Senior Vice President, Technology, Fidelity Investment Company
Susan Rousseau is Senior Vice President of Technology in Workplace Investing with Fidelity Investments. She is responsible for Defined Benefit technology transformation strategy and execution, platform and product enhancements, and technology delivery of Corporate Actions and Implementations. She also leads the Data Conversions team for the Stock Plan Services, Defined Contributions and Defined Benefit product lines.
Previously, she was SVP for Retail Distributions & Operations where she was responsible for Technology and Business Integration, Voice of the Customer programs, Capacity Planning and Field Operations support.
Ms. Rousseau joined Fidelity in 1987. She has held a series of management positions during her twenty-three years with the firm including SVP of Tax-Exempt DC Product & Technology and SVP of Global Shared Services & Int’l. She also participated in the launch of the Defined Contribution business in Japan and spent several years in Fidelity’s Dallas facility managing Operations and Technology teams.
Susan earned her undergraduate degree at St. Anselm College and her MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management.
