This cluster will examine issues such as: What are the business and user benefits to SOA? What are the best practices to achieve and maintain those benefits? What are the opportunities for vendors in this space? How can they work with each other and with customers to be successful? How can customers work with the vendor community to insure that their requirements are met? This group will be structured as a dialog among software vendors, systems integrators, and customers. The Cluster Organizing Committee will meet on a regular basis and be open to member executives with direct experience/expertise in the Business Software / SOA field.
