EdX, GE & Microsoft Partner to Bring Free MicroMasters to MA Residents

EdX.org, a nonprofit learning platform founded by Harvard and MIT, announced at the Governor’s Online Digital Learning Summit today that it has partnered with GE and Microsoft to enable Massachusetts residents to upgrade their skills and careers with no-cost certificates to access EdX MicroMasters courses.

Mass residents who enroll in certain EdX courses in 2018 will have the opportunity to register for one of 100 GE sponsored coupons or one of 500 Microsoft sponsored coupons. More so, those who signup for and complete some specific technology courses will be guaranteed an interview with GE in Boston. Courses available for sponsorship across both partnerships include, computer science, supply chain management, cybersecurity, and more.
