Now in its thirteenth year, the conference allows you to network with over 100 angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity investors, and investment bankers who want firsthand information about the most exciting private companies in the region's technology pipeline.  Participation in the conference and prep sessions establishes a network of highly desirable contacts, peer support, current information on securing capital as well as one-on-one coaching/mentoring around presentation skills and business plan development.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:

The 2007 Investment Conference gives technology companies the chance to meet investors and demonstrate products face-to-face. Several benefits for this year's presenting companies include:

Before the Conference

  • Individual coaching to assist companies develop their presentations and prepare for the conference
  • Three prep sessions that will enhance each company’s conference experience and thoroughly prepare the presenter for what is to be expected the day of the event

At the Conference

  • Thirty-second elevator pitch to entire group of investors
  • Ten minute presentations to potential investors about their company
  • Ample time for networking with conference attendees
  • All attendees will receive a conference notebook, including full-page descriptions of each company and an attendee list 

 

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

  • Presenter MUST be the President, CEO, Chairperson or Founder of the company
  • Only ONE presenter per company
  • Company must have an office in New England
  • Company must be privately held
  • Company must be focused on the technology industry
  • Presenter must attend three prep sessions: February 26, 2007 (6 - 9 pm), February 28, 2007, and March 14, 2007 (8:30 - 11:30 am). 
  • Also, please join us at the Access to Capital session on February 15, 2007 at our member rate (attendance optional).
  • Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
