The MassTLC SaaS/Cloud community is hosting a two-part seminar series focused on the SaaS business model and operations that lead to success. Our April session will focus on the industry shift that is forcing SaaS companies to think outside the box to survive. New technologies are bringing new opportunities and it is no longer enough to identify a market and offer an application. You need to know details about the actual customers in your target market: why and how purchase decisions are made and what you need to do to resolve the pain your application addresses. Success depends on out-innovating your competition by thinking outside the box and meeting customer expectations and customer needs with a memorable customer experience.
