Details:

The main topic for our discussion will be: Tech Backlogs and Architectures. One of the biggest challenges for technology leaders is managing the decision process around addressing immediate marketplace requirements and moving the product architecture forward.  In this session we will share some of these challenges and discuss techniques we use to find the right balance that drives toward successful market-driven long term product development.
This peer-to-peer group is for engineering executives to connect and have honest and insightful discussions on the challenges and opportunities of leading technology organizations. The goal of this time is to get out of the office and connect with others just like you who are facing similar challenges.

About our facilitator:

   Bob Phillips, CTO, TurnRight

Co-Founder & CTO of TurnRight Advice Solutions, Inc. Bob oversees TurnRight’s technical implementation and operations by combining agility, architecture and process discipline. He also provides the secret sauce that powers our Mentor Cloud. Prior to founding TurnRight Bob held senior executive roles at Windward Investment Management (and Charles Schwab after it acquired Windward), Fidelity Investments and Oracle. He also was an early member of the startup teams at Concentra (acquired by Oracle) and Whatifi Financial (acquired by CIBC).
