MassTLC has launched a new peer-to-peer group for demand generation professionals to connect and have honest, insightful, and candid discussions with peers on the challenges and opportunities organizations have in driving high quality leads and pipeline. The goal of this time is to get out of the office and connect with others just like you who are facing similar challenges. This invite-only session is for Heads, Directors and VPs of Demand / Lead Generation roles for MassTLC member technology companies only.


Simple and Impactful Marketing Analytics:


This meeting will discuss the best ways to get to SIMPLE. It’s not JUST about metrics. It’s also about your reporting cadence, how and who you’re sharing with and team scrums. In order to drive change and prove value in your organization, your team’s reporting has to be tied to revenue, yet it cannot consume all your cycles. Adam Barker, Director of Demand Gen, will share how Continuum has gotten to simple and impactful and then open it up for a discussion on reporting and analytics best practices across the group.


Our facilitator:

 Adam Barker is Director of Demand Generation at Continuum Managed IT Services, responsible for driving revenue from both new customer acquisition and the existing customer base. He leads a team of demand gen “Autobots,” driving leads for the company’s SaaS products. Prior to Continuum, he led a team of conversion “Ninjas” at SmartBear Software, growing the trial funnel in the tens of thousands of leads per year across 11 products. Besides being an adept leader, Adam is a Google Search Ninja, having deep skills in both Organic SEO and micro-managing paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM). He was named a 2013 Marketo Champion. Adam has a bachelor’s degree in communications and media studies from Eastern Connecticut State University with a second major in graphic design.
