If you’re interested in building a billion dollar SaaS business, it’s necessary to first start with a multi-billion dollar problem. And to turn this problem into a billion dollar business you have to make it repeatable, sustainable, valuable and predictable. To help you navigate the myriad of challenges at every stage of the process, join MassTLC, renowned investor, mentor, educator and learner Michael Skok and local entrepreneurs as case examples in a series of dynamic workshops on successfully bringing your SaaS business to market.
This series creates a framework for entrepreneurs and innovators to think and talk through some of the key steps needed to accelerate their success in running a software as a service company. Each workshop will include an overview of the critical components and the key decisions, and will include a case example and collaborative discussion amongst attendees.
First in the series is Establishing Your Value Proposition. What is your value proposition? Can you describe it clearly and succinctly? Michael Skok will help you evaluate your SaaS business to define a compelling value proposition, in an interactive workshop with local entrepreneurs George Adams, CEO of Viziapps and Shantanu Dhaka, CEO and Co-Founder of Modit, Inc., as case examples.
- How to define, evaluate and build your value proposition to ensure your SaaS venture can launch into a sustainable business;
- “Pain-gain ratios” and secrets to product adoption; and
- A real world case study with Michael Skok and the workshop participants to assess its ability to create, deliver and harness value as a SaaS-based business.
- March 2015: Creating a Repeatable, Scalable and Profitable Business Model
