Building the "Best Place to Work”: Talent Summit

Every year, Forbes, Glassdoor, Fortune, Boston Magazine and others publish their list of “Best Places to Work”.  Suppose you wanted to design the best company on earth to work for. What would it be like? And more important, how would you go about building that company – and what would you need to do to stay the course?

Competition for tech talent in the region is fierce.  Building a Great Place to Work is not just a nice idea, it’s critical to your company’s success.
