C(I)SO Peer Group Meeting: Selling your security program to your board

Open to MassTLC member company, C(I)SO professionals only!

Our Speakers:

  • Marc French, Chief Security Officer, Endurance
  • Ken Pickering, Director of Engineering, Rue La La

About This Meeting:

As security threats continue to increase daily to enterprises and their data it is critical for businesses to take the necessary steps and capital investments to develop a strong proactive security program. However, security is still not always the top priority, requiring the CSO to ‘sell their security plan to their Board’ in hopes to get it approved. In this session we will discuss the necessary steps required to deliver a successful board pitch to get our security program approved and implemented.

About This Group:

This peer-to-peer group is for security executives to connect and have honest and insightful discussions on the challenges and opportunities of the security challenges they are facing. The goal of this time is to connect, talk and learn with your peers who are facing similar challenges. This session is for MassTLC members that are Chief Security Officers, Chief Information Security Officers or Director/Vice President of Security for their organizations.
