How to Take Control of Your Sourcing and Recruiting Data
BATSA is thrilled to welcome Andrew Gadomski for an evening of data, metrics and talent analytics. He'll help us get a handle on one of the most difficult (and often untouched) parts of recruiting and sourcing. The data and metrics on tap for the evening will enable you to turn your sourcing methodology, hiring manager and leadership presenting skills right on its head (along with some newly gained respect!). Andrew Gadomski, CEO of Aspen Advisors is one of the world's renowned talent analytics geeks: a sought-after professional, super bad-boy data freak.
The founder of Aspen Advisors is the pro who will lead us, entertain us, and educate us on how several predictive analytics algorithms can transform how you source, the data you should be spending most time on for prospects/candidates, and who you go after first after your research is done, so you can win. Data is today's key differentiator yet few understand how to use it in all its glory and power. Andrew will send you off with a confidence in how to work through some basic and complex data, giving you a better full recruiting story to tell - PLUS he'll bring out the data geek in you that you never knew you had.
An important side note: Fortune 100 companies and other industry leaders hang on to Andrew's analytical advice as 100% truth. Nobody understands big data and analytics, and how to apply it to sourcing and recruiting, better than this guy. Even if your data isn't big, but it's unwieldy, he knows how to fix that, too. Now it's your turn to get actionable insights from the guru... for free!
Yes, it's time again for Boston's #1 quarterly free talent sourcing learning event series, run by the non-profit Boston Area Talent Sourcing Association.
Besides the keynoter, expect some awesome unconference style, peer-to-peer networking in our roundtables where you can pick any of several topics to sit in on and share your insights, plus learn from your Boston area colleagues. Each of the two rounds (yes, you can switch to another topic) will be led by an expert practitioner moderator to keep the discussion lively and capture all the goodness in real time to share afterwards.
