In its simplest form, 3D printing or additive manufacturing is the process of making three-dimensional objects from a digital file. But with so many different 3D printing technologies, materials, and applications to sort through, it can be confusing to understand how 3D printing can make an impact in your business, industry or career.
Whether you’re new to the concept entirely and interested in learning more, an experienced manufacturer looking to add another tool to your repertoire, or interested in learning more about our work culture, we’re excited to host you at our office and share some insights we’ve gleaned as Formlabs continues to rapidly grow and scale.
During our session, you’ll hear from product manager Jenni Milne, who has been with Formlabs for almost 6 years, since before we launched on Kickstarter! She’ll provide some company history, including how Formlabs has grown and scaled to more than 400 employees globally with offices in Berlin, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. We’ll also show you around some of our growing office space and give you an up-close demo of our flagship 3D printer, the Form 2.
