Yesterday, BostInno reported that MassTLC member Humatics has announced its acquisition of 5D Robotics, a Carlsbad, CA-based company, along with its subsidiary, Time Domain, based in Huntsville, AL.
With the acquisition, Humatics, which has been getting extra attention from VCs lately, appears to be “bolster[ing] its ambitions to get into the autonomous vehicle and smart city space.”
