Right now, I’m sitting at my desk overlooking Boston’s Seaport and Innovation District, and I’m thinking “Why do they call it that?” Seaport I understand. I’m literally face to face with a cruise ship right now. But Innovation District? I’m not sure.
So, as any good millennial would do, I Googled it: “Innovation District Boston – an area with opportunity for growth, a strong existing knowledge base, and the ideal location for producing new ideas, new services and new products.”
And then it hit me. That’s why we chose this location. LogicManager thinks differently.
At our NewCo session on April 11th, we want to share one of the things we think differently about: our culture.
Many companies believe the common saying, “people are your most valuable assets.” However, companies, especially in the technology industry, often fall short of fostering a company culture that promotes tangible individual and shared success. Our session will give you an inside look at how we’ve built a culture that fuels success.
Here are three reasons to swing by:
1. Our growth speaks for itself
We’ve grown by 40% every year for the past 3 years, we grew by 64% in 2017 alone, and our culture has everything to do with it. At LogicManager, every employee is encouraged to make an impact. No matter what their title is, or how long they’ve been at the company, employees are given every opportunity to take their ideas and run with them.
At our session, we’ll share some stories with you about how empowering employees to make an impact has contributed to our success and theirs!
2. Tactical tips for the taking
Too often, companies boast of a culture you can’t see. At LogicManager, you can see the effects of our culture, and you can see how we built it. By the end of our session, you’ll have some major tactical takeaways from our passionate CEO Steven Minsky alongside one of our fiercest female leaders, VP of Client Services Sarah Beals.
Attend our session to learn why we believe in millennials, how we achieve gender equality in the workplace, and how to build teams based on strengths.
3. We’ve got the credentials
LogicManager has an award-winning culture. We’ve been recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal. We’ve been named a Great Workplace by Great Place to Work. And we’ve been honored as a Best Tech Work Culture by the Boston Timmy Awards.
We’re on fire, and we want to show you why.
Need a fourth reason? By attending our session, you’ll have the chance to stick around and interview for some of our open positions, or ask us anything your heart desires about our culture.
Need a fifth? Swag. Need a sixth? Free food.
Our doors will be open April 11th at 8:30am. Sign up for our session here. We can’t wait to meet you!
