It has been a great year for Technovation locally. Nearly 300 students participated in the annual Technovation Challenge, and more than 40 teams participated in the regional showcase hosted by the MassTLC Education Foundation in May. Now, we have even more fantastic news.
Technovation has selected 6 of our local teams to advance to the semi-finals of the international Technovation Challenge. The five teams include 4 senior division (high school) teams and 2 junior division (middle school) teams. This is an incredible honor for these smart and talented young women and for the countless teachers, coaches, and mentors who supported them along the way. We are so proud to have all of them represent our region in further rounds of international competition.
