The pandemic changed not only where employees work, but also how they work—the tools they use, and how they communicate and collaborate with colleagues on a daily basis.
Earlier this summer, StitchDX and Powell Software surveyed 200 leaders in IT, HR, and Internal Communications and Marketing to understand how technology has affected workplace effectiveness. They also assessed these leaders’ visions of the future of work, particularly in light of the pandemic and the expectation, in some fashion, of a return to the physical office.
The results of this survey tell a clear story: The tools and technologies that enabled businesses to remain viable during the pandemic are critical to their ability to continue to succeed well beyond it.
