MassTLC’s Board-Ready Bootcamp is designed to bring greater diversity to tech company boards of directors. In evaluating applications, MassTLC’s review committee will be guided by the following criteria:
1 – Applicant must be a current (or recent) senior executive at a technology company or tech division of a non-tech company;
2 – Applicant must be “sponsored” by, and have the support of, your CEO, board member or other executive sponsor;
3 – Applicant must be (or willing to be) a champion and advocate for increasing diversity on tech company boards, and be willing to participate fully to help MassTLC advance this important objective.
