Clear your calendars on March 14th and 15th for MassTLC’s first ever BUILD Your Business conference!
The BUILD conference−an evolution of our Growth and Talent conferences−will address the operational issues facing companies in scaling mode. We will examine critical issues in sales, marketing, human resources, finance, and product, and will take deep dives into the importance of alignment across these functions.
The Conference kicks off on March 14th with site visits and workshops during the day, a career fair in the late afternoon/evening, and a VIP kickoff reception in the evening.
March 15th will start with a mentoring breakfast that will bring together mentees and industry leaders who will share their knowledge, expertise, and advice. We will then jump into our keynote featuring the 2018 MassTLC MOSAIC Award recipient, Jackie Glenn. Jackie will share how she has utilized her mantra of “lift while you climb” throughout her life and career to develop individuals and build strong organizations.
After the keynote, we will have panels, workshops, and sessions that will provide a closer look at how to improve operational areas within your business. These sessions will feature strategic and tactical insights on topics including “Aligning Marketing and Sales Ops,” “Designing and Building an Intern Program,” “Building Your Customer Success Organization,” and “How to Launch a New Product.”
