Creating an inclusive and equitable culture takes work – hard work, and at times uncomfortable work. And while DEI programs have become more common within larger companies where more resources and capital can be accessed, to be truly successful, DEI must be made a business imperative across all aspects of an organization. To help companies create, maintain, and grow DEI programs that will break even the strongest barriers to promote change, we will be offering a series of programs to help educate company leaders on the power of learning and what it takes to be successful by applying these initiatives across all areas of the business – from the workforce and workplace to the marketplace.

Session 3: Measuring Success

When it comes to measuring the effectiveness of your DEI initiatives, it can be hard to know where to begin. In this session, DEI leaders will identify the qualitative and quantitative metrics that organizations should consider even before laying out their roadmap as well as how to spot early indicators of success to foster continuous improvement.
