IBM is seeking a partner for a new U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) initiative that could lead to a fully supported and funded program. This challenge includes building software algorithms to incorporate geospatial applications with a terrain focus. IBM will provide the computing platform, frameworks, libraries, and toolsets.
