Customer Service Industry Disruption

“Interactions has built one of the most advanced AI stacks on the market, backed by an expansive patent portfolio,” said Tripathi. “Customer service is an industry ripe for disruption, and I was drawn to Interactions by the opportunity to advance technology that is powering more natural, comfortable conversations between enterprises and their customers. I’m excited to join this talented team as we chart a new path forward for AI-powered customer experiences.”

Hughes brings more than a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and strategic planning to his new role as SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

“I’ve been a long time believer in Interactions vision. As demand for AI-powered customer experiences continues to skyrocket, there’s no company better positioned to lead the industry’s transformation,” said Hughes. “In my new role, I’ll have the opportunity to drive Interactions strategy and develop a growing partner ecosystem that will fuel continued growth.”
