MassTLC member IBM recently hosted a Lunchspotting meet up in its Littleton, MA, facility. Lunchspotting is a series of lunchtime networking events from Matter Communications and MassTLC that is intended to bring the community into the many fascinating companies in the area. Attendees have the opportunity to meet executives and founders of these organizations, learn about the companies and their products, and connect with other professionals from different industries.
At IBM, attendees heard from Helen Dai, VP of Engineering, IBM Talent Management and Collaboration Solutions. Helen presented a brief overview of the work done by her Cognitive HR solutions team. Chief Architect for IBM Watson Career Coach, Art Thomas, then did a product demonstration for interested attendees, which led to an animated and interactive discussion.
