From advances in technology to the evolution of our understanding of social justice, the world is rapidly changing, and tech industry professionals, regardless of role or seniority level, increasingly must step up and lead.
This is why, for the month of February, we asked MassTLC members to submit their ideas about “Leadership.”
“Leadership” means many things to many people. For some, it’s about rising above adversity to achieve a goal. For others, it’s about directing a group of people to a destination. And of course, there are many other definitions as well. Broadly speaking, the ideas that we have chosen to share this month cover strategy and planning, DE&I leadership, organizational change, leading by example, professional development, and more.
Whatever leadership means to you, we believe you’ll find something here to inspire you and, most importantly, help you face the ever-changing world as an even better leader yourself.
