On average one of eight workers is considered neurodiverse, meaning they are on the autism spectrum, have ADD/ADHD, are dyslexic or have dyspraxia. Our third session in our Mental Health Series focused on neurodiverse teams. Our panelists dove into the positive outcomes – from employees feeling more fulfilled to the substantial increase in revenue reflected in their bottom lines – by embracing the strengths of an inclusive workforce.

The panel was moderated by Lisa K. Desai, Psy.D., Director, Behavioral Health Consulting, MindWise Innovations and featured:

  • Sydney Gregory, Project Manager, Marketing Communications, and US Chair, Neurodiversity Community, Red Hat
  • Leslie O’Brien, Program Manager, Aspire Works
  • Dan Tatar, Founder & CEO, ADK Group
