Professional Development for MassTLC Members

Tech executives are looking to develop their workforce, as well as themselves, and see MassTLC’s locally based peer groups, communities, programs and leadership opportunities as better alternatives to distant one-off conferences.

Employees of MassTLC member companies are able to expand their knowledge, competencies, and leadership abilities through the following types of offerings:

  • Discounted or free event attendance
  • Speaking opportunities
  • Networking opportunities
  • Peer Group and Community participation/leadership
  • Awards program (as nominees, judges, and presenters)
  • Member content sharing on website and LinkedIn Group
  • Access to MassTLC research, content, thought leadership
  • CXO–level dinners, forums, roundtables, etc. (CXOs only)

Senior executives plug into and take leadership roles in our CTO, CMO, and CISO peer groups; give and receive peer mentoring at our CXO dinners and forums; share expertise in CXO roundtables and other events; and serve as MassTLC community chairs and board trustees.

Emerging leaders in Demand Gen, UI/UX, and Product Development gather and share best practices in their own peer groups. Other professionals participate and lead our IoT, Robotics, Security, Software Development, and Talent Development Communities. In these peer groups and communities, all levels of employee have the opportunity to drive programs and to become community leaders. We also look to our members first for speaking opportunities.

Other ways to deepen subject matter expertise can be found by accessing our research and content, all of which is available for free to members.
