What is your current role?
I am Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Progress Software. My job is to work with my team to protect the Progress home front from digital threats.
What is your professional background?
Prior to Progress, I had positions at Cimpress, Cobham Mission Systems, Alegeus, BJ’s Wholesale Club and Old National Bank. My person passion is tennis where I once served as ball boy at the US Open Tennis Tournament for legends Agassi, Sampras and Lendl.
Why do you like what you do?
My team and I get to work closely with all stakeholders across the organization at all levels internally and externally. I personally also get to work with amazing people who like to problem solve and engineer solutions. At the end of the day the most rewarding part of my job is coaching developing the next generation of leaders and professionals.
What do you like about being part of the MassTLC community?
Mass TLC is a unique forum and network of technology companies. Thru this network we get to collaborate and learn from one another on issues that we face in our sector that is different from other industry sectors.
