To help customers navigate the short-term impact of COVID-19, Toast will provide millions of dollars in the form of a one-month credit of software fees for all Toast customers. Customers do not need to do anything to receive this benefit; Toast will manage the process.
In addition, Toast is providing easy, complimentary access to products that could be essential at this time, including Toast Online Ordering, Toast TakeOut, Toast Gift Cards, and Toast Marketing. The company will waive software fees for these products for the next three months and has enabled members of the team to help new users get up and running as quickly as possible.
Toast is in close contact with members of the community, non-profit agencies, and local government and is sharing updates in real time on their COVID-19 Resource Center, where they are compiling resources and information to help all manage their businesses and keep staff and customers safe.
