The Microsoft Philanthropies TEALS (Technology Education And Literacy in Schools) Program builds sustainable computer science (CS) programs in high schools, with a focus on serving students excluded from learning technical skills because of race, gender, and geography.
TEALS places volunteer CS experts with local high school teachers looking to make a lasting impact on their students’ lives. Have a computer science degree and/or industry experience? Do you have a passion for giving back? By applying your CS skills in the classroom a few hours a week, you can help shape the future of your community.
