This is such a pivotal time for the talent community. Many of the opportunities and challenges organizations face today fall under the talent umbrella. Attracting and retaining employees, developing human-centered leaders, keeping employees connected and engaged in hybrid environments, building DEI&B among others are finally getting the attention they deserve.
