Who is Nuance (brief one sentence description and presence here in MA)?

Nuance is the pioneer and leader in conversational artificial intelligence (AI) innovations that bring intelligence to everyday work and life. We deliver solutions that understand, analyze, and respond to people, amplifying human intelligence to increase productivity and improve security. Nuance has locations in 28 countries, with more than 8,500 people collaborating across five continents and many different cultures. Our headquarters are in Burlington, MA.

Why are you excited to be part of the MassTLC Professional Women’s community?

Defining how we connect and collaborate with one another starts with a culture where everyone feels welcome, heard, and valued. We are stronger when diverse perspectives are celebrated and honored. This environment fosters an inclusive company culture that results in delivering innovation to our customers to help solve their unique challenges.

Our employee resource group Women in Nuance (WIN) supports, inspires, and empowers women through networking events and educational initiatives for women in the workplace and beyond. WIN serves as a voice for the women—and men—at Nuance to learn from each other and make a difference.

We are excited to be a part of the MassTLC professional women’s community to leverage the great resources available and knowledge share with like-minded individuals.

What are you hoping you can share and receive from the MassTLC Professional Women’s community?

We look forward to sharing our unique diverse experiences as women in tech. We hope to learn from others driving lasting change, paying it forward, cultivating a community of equal opportunity, championing allyship and advocating for themselves.
