Continuum Managed Services is a leading channel-exclusive provider of IT management software and services for managed service providers (MSPs). Through our SaaS-based platform and industry-leading network operations center and help desk, we enable IT solutions providers to efficiently back up, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, servers, and other endpoints for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Continuum was founded in 2011, and in almost six years we have grown to employ more than 1,400 professionals worldwide in our offices in Boston, Pittsburgh, Houston, London, Mumbai and Sydney. We also monitor more than 1 million endpoints for our 5,800 partners, including MSPs servicing more than 60,000 SMB customers and web hosting providers protecting more than 250,000 servers with our R1Soft product line. Not only do we strive to make our partners as successful as they can be, we also have a passion for giving back to the community. In 2012, we established the Continuum Veterans Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing financial support to charities focused on helping veterans find jobs in IT.
